About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Support Worker to join our multidisciplinary team based in Helston, covering the West area of Cornwall. The successful candidate will work closely with GPs and acute hospital sites to provide high-quality care to patients with chronic lung disease and breathlessness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and clinically support rehabilitation classes
  • Visit patients at home to provide tailored care and support
  • Work as part of a team to deliver a responsive and adaptable service
  • Develop skills in patient care within the field of respiratory and long-term conditions

Requirements

  • Experience of working as a Support Worker in a health or similar setting
  • Relevant experience in an appropriate care setting
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment
  • Good general education to GCSE or equivalent
