Salary:


The estimated annual salary for this role ranges from £24,921 to £27,351, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure includes a 20% shift allowance and up to £2,500 weekend working allowance.



Job Description:


We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our Contact Centre team as a Contact Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling emergency and non-emergency calls in a professional and empathetic manner. They will work closely with colleagues to provide effective support and resolution to the public.



Required Skills and Qualifications:


To succeed in this role, applicants should possess excellent communication skills, patience, and broad-mindedness. A background in customer service or a related field would be advantageous. The ideal candidate will also have emotional resilience and the ability to handle sensitive information.
