Customer Relationship Development Specialist

Romford, Essex based Office Angels seek a skilled Technical Sales Administrator to thrive in a dynamic environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone who excels at building global relationships with clients.
We anticipate a salary of £32,000 - £36,000 per annum, reflecting the demands and responsibilities associated with this position.
Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Generate high-quality sales leads aligned with our client's focused strategy, driving business growth and expansion.
- Create and maintain comprehensive customer records within the CRM system, ensuring seamless communication and relationship management.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial offer to final delivery and commissioning, including creating and issuing sales contracts.
- Maintain aftersales and equipment sales planners, guaranteeing timely and efficient service delivery.
- Cultivate strong customer relations by logging feedback and evaluating received data, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Develop new sales targeting B2B customers, effectively positioning our client's products as top solutions for prospective clients.
- Coordinate aftersales by establishing key relationships and understanding client requirements, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction.
- Submit aftersales quotations and oversee the order process through to delivery, ensuring smooth execution.
- Represent the company globally by attending trade shows and visiting clients worldwide, as required.
- Develop long-term maintenance contracts with clients for our client's equipment, enhancing revenue streams.
- Possess proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Previous experience in general sales and office administration is highly desirable.
- Exhibit a willingness to travel internationally and adapt to diverse work environments.
