Job Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Care Coordinator to join our team at Home Instead. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for matching care professionals with new clients, arranging introductions, and ensuring client schedules are aligned with their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and care professionals to ensure positive experiences.
- Utilize IT systems, including Microsoft Office and CRM software, to manage client and care professional information.
- Work collaboratively with the client services team to identify and address client needs.
- Ensure accurate and timely scheduling of care professionals to meet client requirements.
Requirements
- Experience in a scheduling role within a home care or relevant environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to work calmly and accurately under pressure.
- Logical and analytical thinking, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
