Key Responsibilities

The Incident and Request Management Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring timely resolution of incidents and fulfillment of requests, managing all failures, faults, or questions reported by users via the Service Desk or detected by monitoring tools.
  • Developing and maintaining policies and procedures, including conducting root cause analysis, implementing corrective actions, and continuously improving the incident/request management process.
  • Providing incident reports to senior management, including trend analysis to understand patterns and deploy proactive measures.

The role requires a strong understanding of ITIL framework and best practices, with certification in ITIL or similar being a plus.
