Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Talent Acquisition and HR Operations to join our team in the United Kingdom. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in scaling our business and driving growth.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of end-to-end recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment, with strong verbal and written English communication skills. They will also possess collaborative and proactive stakeholder management skills, as well as in-depth knowledge of HR best practices, policies, regulations, including employment law and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Talent Acquisition (60%):
  • Partner with hiring managers to advise and understand hiring needs, developing a talent pipeline globally.
  • Own the full end-to-end recruiting process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Proactively build a pipeline of talent to ensure the business has readily accessible talent in the market.
  • Work on projects to upscale the Talent and HR Operations functions at our organization.
  • Be involved in employer branding initiatives regionally.
HR Operations (40%):
  • Support the delivery of people processes across the employee lifecycle.
  • Build our People infrastructure and processes in the region, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits, workforce planning and employee relations.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for employees in new markets, escalating more complex queries appropriately within the department.
  • Provide information and advice regarding our organization's policies and processes, ensuring compliance with our standard operating procedures and local legislative requirements.
Salary:

$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
