Forming part of a wider HR function consisting of both generalists and specialists this team offer a range of both proactive ER support and case management into the firm at all levels. The role will see you managing a team of Managers with Advisers and Assistants below who in turn work collaboratively with the broader HR team offering a seamless and commercial ER service.
