Am working with a leading UK based firm in their search for a Senior ER Manager. This large national firm with a presence across the UK is growing and as a result their ER function is expanding and looking for a Senior ER Manager to join in a newly created role.
Forming part of a wider HR function consisting of both generalists and specialists this team offer a range of both proactive ER support and case management into the firm at all levels. The role will see you managing a team of Managers with Advisers and Assistants below who in turn work collaboratively with the broader HR team offering a seamless and commercial ER service. This role will be the escalation point for Managers and ensuring that the advice given is seamless.
