EMEA ER Lead

As a key member of our Employee Relations team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of Wise's EMEA operations. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in employment law and ER advice to drive strategic decision-making and policy development.
As ER Lead, you will be responsible for providing sound advice on complex cases, analyzing trends, and recommending solutions to address systemic issues. You will also collaborate with the Global ER Lead and other Regional ER Leads to develop future ER strategy and associated projects.
This role requires a strong growth mindset, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and ambiguity. You will be expected to communicate effectively, both in person and in writing, and deal with confidential information in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic advice on complex ER cases
- Analyze trends and recommend solutions to address systemic issues
- Collaborate with the Global ER Lead and other Regional ER Leads on future ER strategy and projects
- Develop and implement ER policies and procedures
- Coach and upskill ER People Advisors in navigating end-to-end management of Employee Relations cases
