ER Consultant Opportunity

Venn Group is seeking an experienced ER Consultant to join our team on an interim basis. The successful candidate will provide a specialist employee relations and resolution service to managers and staff across the Trust.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with the Head of ER to provide expert advice on complex employee relations cases.
  2. Quality check cases and relevant documentation for consistency in application and compliance with process and legislation.
  3. Prepare for and attend employment tribunals.
  4. Develop and deliver training packages on ER policy and procedures.

Requirements:

  1. Proven recent experience dealing with complex Employee Relations cases from a public sector organisation.
  2. Ability to work autonomously and independently.
