Job Title: ER Manager - Europe

We are a forward-thinking company seeking an ER Manager to support our employee relations strategy across multiple European regions. In this role, you will provide expert guidance to leaders, ensure legal compliance and foster a positive workplace culture.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of employment law and practices in the UK and EU, as well as experience working in a similar role. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels are essential.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £58,000 - £68,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will also receive a competitive benefits package, including annual leave, pension scheme and training opportunities.

In this role, you will be responsible for contributing to the development of ER initiatives that drive business results and improve employee engagement. You will also work closely with our leadership team to implement ER strategies that align with our business objectives.
