About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused E-commerce Retail Assistant to join our successful team in Brentford. As a key member of the Shop Kit Kemp team, you will be responsible for the efficient fulfillment of shop orders, providing exceptional customer service, and performing light administrative duties.

Main Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Act as the primary point of contact for online customers, responding to phone and email inquiries, resolving complaints, and processing orders in a timely manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of Shop Kit Kemp products to inform customer service and provide information to online customers.
  • Online Shop: Assist in editing and uploading product photographs and descriptions to the e-commerce platform and removing discontinued or out-of-stock items.
  • Stock Control: Assist with stock checks, unpack and process daily deliveries, process returns and write-offs, and maintain organized storage areas.
  • Security and Maintenance: Minimize potential stock loss by maintaining a high level of awareness and alertness, reporting safety hazards and risk factors to the Head of Retail.
  • General: Perform other duties as directed by the Head of Retail.
