About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated E-commerce Retail Assistant to join our successful team in Brentford. As a key member of the Shop Kit Kemp Team, you will be responsible for the fulfilment of shop orders, customer service, and light administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Act as the primary point of contact for online customers, answering phone and email enquiries, resolving complaints, and processing orders in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of Shop Kit Kemp products to inform customer service and provide information to online customers.
  • Online Shop: Assist in editing and uploading product photographs and descriptions to the ecommerce platform and removing discontinued/out-of-stock items in a timely manner.
  • Stock Control: Assist with rolling stock checks and stocktake, unpack and process daily deliveries, process returns and write-offs in liaison with the Head of Retail, assist with exit strategy for slow-moving and discontinued stock, and maintain organized storage areas.
  • Security and Maintenance: Minimise potential stock loss by maintaining a high level of awareness and alertness, reporting safety hazards and risk factors to the Head of Retail.
  • General: Fulfil any other role duties as directed by the Head of Retail.
