Senior Practitioner in Disability Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Worker to join our 0-25 Disability Service team as a Senior Practitioner. In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex cases involving children and young adults with disabilities.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a qualified social worker to take on a leadership position within our disability service. As a Senior Practitioner, you will lead on complex cases, mentor junior staff, and ensure top-tier social work practice in supporting children and families with disabilities.
- Manage complex cases involving children and young adults with disabilities.
- Conduct thorough assessments and manage risks effectively.
- Foster relationship-based practice to achieve the best outcomes for children and families.
Key Requirements:
- At least 2 years of post-qualification social work experience.
- Advanced knowledge of social work practice in disability services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft IT packages.
- Full UK Driving Licence and regular access to a vehicle.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £46,464 per annum, rising to £50,512 per annum (includes base salary and market enhanced payment).
- A one-off welcome payment of £1,000.
