Senior Practitioner in Adult Disability

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Practitioner to join our City Adult Locality Team. Based in Herefordshire, this full-time role offers a salary up to £45,403 per annum.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor staff performance and identify learning needs with the team manager.
- Ensure legal and financial arrangements are in place for services to service users and carers.
- Implement monitoring and reviewing systems for clients and maintain accurate case files and electronic records.
- Collect and record information accurately for reliable analysis and reporting.
- Participate in duty rota systems to meet service needs.
- Provide regular supervision to practitioners and non-registered staff.
- Ensure work quality meets national and local standards.
- Maintain accurate records of advice and decisions.
- Cover complex cases and assist in planning, preparation, and presentation of evidence and reports.
