Care Team Supervisor

Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of carers and support workers.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the care and support provided, making recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure effective communication and cooperation.
- Attend regular team meetings and contribute to the development of the service.
Requirements:
A minimum of 2-5 years' experience in a Registered Manager position or supervisory role working with children and young people with emotional behavioral difficulties and challenging behaviors.
An NVQ Level 5 Children and Young People qualification or working towards it.
