Care Home Activities Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Activities Team Leader to join our team at Ribble View care home. As a key member of our activities team, you will be responsible for leading activities, planning events, and ensuring resident satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Lead the planning and organization of activities for residents.
- Collaborate with care home staff and external partners to deliver high-quality activities.
- Monitor and evaluate activity programs to ensure they meet resident needs.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A relevant qualification or experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
