**Job Title:** Experienced Field Care Supervisor
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Care Services Manager to join our team at Blackstone Recruitment Limited. This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to take on a challenging role in which you will be responsible for managing a team of care professionals, ensuring that our clients receive the highest standard of care.
**Job Description:**
The successful candidate will have experience as a Care Field Supervisor or 2 years working within Health & Social Care, with a strong understanding of CQC standards and regulations. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, patience, compassion, and a positive attitude. The ability to work flexibly, including on-call duties, is essential.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:
- NVQ/QCF Level 3 Health & Social Care or higher
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle (Essential)
- Experience as a Care Field Supervisor or 2 years working within Health & Social Care (Essential)
- Flexibility to cover on-call to meet the needs of the business (Essential)
