Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and caring Registered General Nurse to join our team at Westgate House Care Centre in Ware, Hertfordshire. As a Registered General Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as needed.
- Conduct regular assessments of residents' needs and develop care plans to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure residents receive comprehensive care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of respect and compassion.
Requirements:
- Recognized qualification as a Registered General Nurse.
- Valid and current NMC registration and PIN.
- Good written communication skills and the ability to lead a team.
