Job Title: Band 5 Locum Registered General Nurse

Location: Westgate House Care Centre, Hertfordshire

Hourly Rate: £18-£23 per hour, plus paid handover

Shifts: 7.45am-8pm, Monday-Sunday

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Registered General Nurse to join our team at Westgate House Care Centre. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Home Manager in implementing policies and procedures
  • Ensure residents have access to medical, social, and other care workers as required
  • Adhere to infection control policies and procedures
  • Work in line with CQC guidelines, NMC code of conduct, and relevant legislation
Requirements
  • Valid and current NMC registration and PIN
  • Compassionate and caring nature, positive attitude, and flexible work ethic
