We are seeking a compassionate and caring Registered General Nurse to join our team at Westgate House Care Centre in Ware, Hertfordshire.
About the RoleThis is a full-time, permanent position, offering a competitive hourly rate of £18 to £23, plus paid handover. The successful candidate will work 39 hours per week, with shifts available across Monday to Sunday, from 7.45am to 8pm.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care to residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.
- Support the Home Manager in implementing policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to infection control guidelines and relevant legislation.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure residents have access to medical, social, and other care workers as required.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Competitive pay rates with enhanced pay on bank holidays.
- Support in achieving additional qualifications, including nationally recognised qualifications.
