Nurse Care Specialist Opportunity
Westgate Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and caring Registered General Nurse to join our team at Westgate House Care Centre.
About the Role:
- Provide high-quality care to our residents, addressing their physical, psychological, and social needs.
- Support the Home Manager in implementing policies and procedures, ensuring they are upheld at all times.
- Ensure residents have access to necessary medical, social, and other care services.
- Maintain knowledge of infection control policies and procedures, adhering to Department of Health and company guidelines.
- Work in accordance with CQC guidelines, NMC code of conduct, and relevant legislation.
About You:
- Hold a recognised qualification as a Registered General Nurse.
- Be registered with the NMC and possess a valid PIN.
- Exhibit good written communication skills and the ability to lead a team.
- Demonstrate a compassionate and caring nature, a positive attitude, and a flexible work ethic.
