About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Registered General Nurse to join our team at Westgate House Care Centre in Ware, Hertfordshire.

As a Registered General Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.

You will work closely with the Home Manager to implement policies and procedures, and ensure adherence to infection control policies and procedures.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to support residents in accessing key medical, social, and other care workers as required.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A recognised qualification as a Registered General Nurse
  • Valid and current NMC registration and PIN
  • Good written communication skills and the ability to lead a team
  • A compassionate and caring nature, a positive attitude, and a flexible work ethic
