We are seeking a compassionate and caring Registered General Nurse to join our team at Westgate House Care Centre in Ware, Hertfordshire.

As a Nurse Care Professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our elderly residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.

About the Role:

  • Support the Home Manager in implementing policies and procedures
  • Ensure infection control policies and procedures are adhered to
  • Work collaboratively with medical and other care professionals as required
  • Lead by example and maintain a positive attitude

About You:

  • Recognised qualification as a Registered General Nurse
  • Valid and current NMC registration and PIN
  • Excellent written communication skills and leadership abilities
  • A compassionate and caring nature

The estimated salary for this role is £18.00-£25.00 per hour, plus paid handover, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including competitive pay rates, 5.6 weeks' annual leave, workplace pension scheme, comprehensive induction, and named buddy support.
