Job Summary:

We are seeking an organised and methodical Registered Nurse to lead our care team during shifts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that we meet the medical, physical and emotional needs of our residents.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the care team during shifts to deliver high-quality care and services
  • Conduct thorough assessments of residents' needs and develop individualised care plans
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care and services
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and make adjustments as needed

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A valid nursing qualification and registration with the NMC
  • Experience of working in a care environment, preferably in a leadership or supervisory capacity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
