Job Opportunity

Willing Care is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Home Manager to lead our care home team. As a Registered Home Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring high-quality care is consistently delivered to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of care professionals to meet the individual needs of residents.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal policies, maintaining the home's Good rating.
  • Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and staff, promoting a welcoming and supportive environment.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and staffing levels to ensure the home operates efficiently.
  • Implement innovative care practices and drive improvements to continually enhance the quality of service.

Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Registered Home Manager within a care home setting.
  • A valid Nursing PIN or management qualifications (NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations and the ability to ensure compliance.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for delivering person-centred care with compassion and empathy.
