Job Description
We are seeking a Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safer and supported lives in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
- Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
- Follow individual care plans and assist with medication
- Work as part of a close-knit team to provide high-quality care
Requirements
- No social care experience is necessary, but a compassionate and caring attitude is essential
- Ability to learn new skills and develop knowledge as part of a close-knit team
- Resilience and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
