About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Therapeutic Project Worker to join our team at White Trees Group. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and supportive environment for vulnerable young people.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support and encourage children to progress towards their full potential, promoting their emotional and psychological well-being.
  • Develop and maintain individualised care plans, ensuring the unique needs and goals of each young person are met.
  • Collaborate with the team to provide a safe and welcoming home environment, adhering to our company's values and policies.
  • Engage with our Wellbeing Services to ensure all young people receive access to therapeutic support.
  • Administer medication in line with White Trees policy and regulatory expectations.
  • Drive company cars to transport young people to education, contact meetings, and activities.
  • Provide personal care to young people who are unwell or struggling with personal hygiene.
  • Stay up-to-date with all policies and procedures, implementing them within your working practice.
  • Promote, practice, and represent our company ethos, values, and expectations at all times.
