Job Role: Therapeutic Project Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Therapeutic Project Worker to join our team. As a Therapeutic Project Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our young people to achieve their full potential.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support and encourage young people to progress towards their full potential, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that each young person's needs are met and their goals are achieved.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to provide a consistent and supportive environment, promoting positive relationships and behaviors.
  • Engage with our Wellbeing Services to ensure all of our young people receive access to therapeutic support.
  • Administer medication in line with White Trees policy and regulatory expectations.
  • Support the daily operations of the House, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all young people.
  • Drive company cars to transport young people to attend education, contact meetings, and activities.
  • Provide personal care to young people who are unwell or struggling with personal hygiene.
  • Ensure that you are up to date with all policies and procedures, and are familiar with how to implement these within your working practice.
  • Represent our company ethos, values, and expectations at all times.
