We are working with a reputable care provider to find a Home Manager to lead one of their Older People's services in Hertfordshire. As a professional ambassador for the home and the business, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe running of the home and maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement robust checks to ensure accurate and current documentation is in place for all residents in line with company policy.
  • Review and arrange for the necessary equipment and supplies to be available to ensure the safe running of the home.
  • Conduct regular checks in the home to ensure it presents well and is compliant with CQC and other regulatory authority requirements.
  • Deliver robust financial budget management in line with AvB, identifying variances and implementing appropriate actions.
Requirements:
  • Qualified RGN/RMN with active PIN.
  • Experience in managing Nursing/Residential homes for older people.
  • Ability to effectively manage relationships with CQC, Social Workers, and Local Authorities.
  • Ability to develop and manage relationships with GPs, Healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
