We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our team as a Team Leader Care. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for leading and supervising your colleagues to ensure the highest standard of care for our residents.

About the Role:

  • Leading a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care and support to our residents
  • Supervising and developing the skills of your team members to ensure they have the knowledge and confidence to provide outstanding care
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care services
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or issues to management

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £13.73 per hour, plus excellent benefits, including opportunities for career development and progression.

Working Hours:

This is a full-time role, working 45 hours per week, with a flexible schedule to ensure the best possible care for our residents.
