Job Title: Support WorkerWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with various needs, including learning disabilities, autism, ABI, and mental health.
Key Responsibilities:- Support adults with diverse needs, promoting their independence and well-being
- Empower individuals to set and achieve their goals, fostering a sense of accomplishment and confidence
- Provide high-quality support, tailored to each person's unique needs and preferences
- Engage in activities that promote social interaction, such as cooking, art, or listening to music
- Assist with practical tasks, including medication management, shopping, and health needs
- Good general education
- Honesty, reliability, trustworthiness, and a passion for making a difference
- Commitment to the aims and objectives of Ivolve Group
- Satisfactory Police Check and check against the ISA List (where applicable)
