Job Title: Registered General Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Registered General Nurse to join our team at Westgate House Care Centre.

About the Role:

As a Registered General Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with the Home Manager to implement policies and procedures, and ensuring adherence to infection control policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Home Manager to effectively implement policies and procedures and ensure they are upheld at all times
  • Ensure that the residents have access to key medical, social and other care workers as required
  • Have full knowledge of and take responsibility to ensure adherence to infection control policies and procedures of the Department of Health and the company at all times
  • Work in line with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) guidelines, NMC code of conduct and relevant legislation at all times
Requirements:
  • Valid and current NMC registration and PIN
  • A compassionate and caring nature, a positive attitude and a flexible work ethic
