About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Registered General Nurse to join our team at Westgate House Care Centre in Ware, Hertfordshire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.
  • Support the Home Manager in implementing policies and procedures, ensuring they are upheld at all times.
  • Ensure residents have access to key medical, social, and other care workers as required.
  • Adhere to infection control policies and procedures, ensuring a safe environment for residents and staff.
  • Work in line with CQC guidelines, NMC code of conduct, and relevant legislation.

About You
  • The right to live and work in the UK (please note, sponsorship is not available).
  • Recognised qualification as a Registered General Nurse.
  • Valid and current NMC registration and PIN.
