PA to Director Role

This is a newly created position to provide administrative support to one of our Directors.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Diary planning and management, including booking meetings and travel arrangements
  • Email management, including reviewing, categorising and actioning multiple inboxes
  • Answering telephone calls and dealing with enquiries
  • General administration, including filing on our document management system
  • Finance administration, including processing invoices and expenses
  • HR administration, including setting up new starters and liaising with payroll
  • Management of office supplies
  • Ad hoc duties to support the Director

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience of managing multiple email inboxes and diaries, as well as planning logistics and booking travel arrangements. They will also have excellent time management skills and be able to prioritise a daily workload. The successful candidate will be collaborative, with excellent written and communication skills, and be able to work closely with all levels of individuals in the business.
