About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned project management professional to lead and execute large-scale capital projects within our warehouse automation solutions division. As Project Director, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and to the agreed scope.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the agreed scope.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes to ensure minimal impact on project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in a similar industrial sector.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale capital projects on time, within budget, and to the agreed scope.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
