About the Role

As a Sales Director for the EMEA region, you will be responsible for leading the sales controlling function in Europe, Middle East, and Africa. This includes developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth, improving forecasting accuracy, and optimizing reporting processes.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the EMEA region
  • Lead the monthly and yearly forecasting process to ensure accurate sales projections
  • Implement efficient reporting processes to enhance decision-making across the organization
  • Maintain close relationships with key customers, including global or key accounts in EMEA
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and implement changes
  • Develop and maintain models for efficient planning of new business to support sales development and earnings contribution
  • Analyze incoming orders performance and profitability across markets to inform strategic decisions

About You

We are looking for an experienced finance professional with a strong background in sales controlling and a proven track record of driving sales growth. Your skills and qualifications should include:

  • Several years of practical experience in a comparable finance position with a focus on sales controlling
  • Experience with Salesforce or CRM tools, as well as planning tools like Oracle/Hyperion
  • Very good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills, with other languages desirable
