The Role:

We are seeking a Senior Vice President, Relationship Management to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing a book of clients and driving the development of new business and maintaining existing revenue streams
  • Broadening existing relationships and ensuring the highest level of customer acumen
  • Demonstrating proactive problem resolution and promoting the Company's core values with integrity and professionalism
  • Supporting the preparation of client presentations, business acceptance, internal and external meetings, product collaboration and sale execution
  • Conveying a deep understanding of industry themes within the Alternatives industry and taking responsibility for achievement of organic, incremental growth (revenue, asset) goals within assigned client portfolios
  • Researching, supporting, organizing, presenting and driving the implementation of client account plans
  • Pro-actively seeking 'stretch project' opportunities and initiatives leveraging the global scale of the Company
  • Working collaboratively with EMEA Pricing Team to obtain FTE, Profitability Analysis of Add-on Business
  • Demonstrating knowledge of jurisdictional specific fund structures and corresponding legal mechanisms

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have:

  • Knowledge of custody, capital markets, hedge and private market investments
  • A working understanding of various utilities such as KYC, Pricing & Billing
  • Proven ability to navigate and develop internal networks
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Sufficient total work experience
  • Experience in Relationship Management, Client Services or Account Management
  • Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business
