About the Role

BNY Mellon is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Vice President to join our London-based Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFI) team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing Cash Management solutions to our clients and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Relationship Management: Develop and execute strategic plans to manage and grow existing client relationships, with a focus on revenue retention and account growth.
  2. Business Development: Identify opportunities to evolve client business and provide consultative services to clients to achieve their short- and long-term strategic objectives.
  3. Client Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on the best way to achieve their business goals and objectives.
  4. Team Leadership: Lead team implementation of firm-wide initiatives and contribute to the development of team/unit metrics, dashboards, and roadmaps.
  5. Client Service: Work closely with business development teams to ensure relationship management strategy is executed by account management and client service teams.
  6. Client Escalation: Serve as the ultimate escalation point for client satisfaction and conduct service review meetings to ensure client needs are met.
  7. Professional Development: Contribute to the development of overall RM strategies for the unit and assist in client training, sharing of market information, and experience.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  2. Experience: Sufficient years' work experience required, with a focus on financial services, client management, and business development.
  3. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to clients and stakeholders.
  4. Certifications: Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
