About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Vice President, Relationship Management to join our team at The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation. As a key member of our Relationship Management team, you will be responsible for managing a book of clients, driving the development of new business, and maintaining existing revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of high-value clients, providing exceptional service and support to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to deepen relationships with existing clients, identify new business opportunities, and expand our presence in the market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and operations, to deliver tailored solutions and drive client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
  • Work closely with the EMEA Pricing Team to analyze profitability and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' businesses, including their investment strategies, risk management approaches, and operational requirements.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in relationship management, client services, or account management, with a strong understanding of the financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic plans to drive business growth.
  • Knowledge of custody, capital markets, hedge, and private market investments, as well as relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on delivering results and driving business growth.
