About the Role

BNY Mellon is seeking a highly skilled Senior Vice President and Relationship Manager to join our London-based Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFI) team. This is an exciting opportunity to provide Cash Management solutions to key clients and contribute to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Relationship Management: Develop and execute strategic plans to manage and grow existing client relationships, with a focus on revenue retention and incremental account growth.
  2. Client Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on achieving short- and long-term strategic objectives.
  3. Business Development: Identify opportunities to evolve client business and promote firm services and product offerings that solve client queries and achieve account growth.
  4. Team Leadership: Lead team implementation of firm-wide initiatives and contribute to the development of team/unit metrics, dashboards, and roadmaps.
  5. Client Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction by keeping abreast of client account activity and serving as the ultimate escalation point for client concerns.
  6. Knowledge Sharing: Conduct service review meetings and assist in client training, sharing of market information and experience.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  2. Experience: Sufficient years' work experience required, with a background in Financial Services and prior experience in Relationship Management, Client Services, or Account Management.
  3. Licenses and Certifications: Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
