Job Title: Team Leader for Radiotherapy Service

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Radiographer Team Lead to join our Radiotherapy team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in radiotherapy, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide leadership and guidance to the Radiotherapy team, ensuring that they are equipped to deliver high-quality patient care.

* Develop and implement effective treatment plans, working closely with medical staff and other healthcare professionals.

* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans, making adjustments as necessary.

* Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing clear and concise information about treatment options and outcomes.

* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.

Requirements:

* Hold a degree in Radiography and be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

* Have significant experience in radiotherapy, including treatment planning and delivery.

* Possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

* Be able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as required.
