Job Summary

As a Radiotherapy Receptionist and Planning Coordinator, you will play a key role in providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and reception services to the Radiotherapy department, ensuring quality standards are maintained.
  • Check-in patients on the ARIA and EPIC computer systems, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
  • Ensure waiting areas are kept neat and tidy, and patients are aware of their subsequent appointments.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, relatives, and carers, providing non-clinical advice and information.
  • Resolve queries and complaints, channeling them to the appropriate staff members when necessary.
  • Develop interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, ensuring appropriate care and support for patients.
