Radiotherapy Receptionist and Planning Coordinator

Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative and reception services to the Radiotherapy department, ensuring quality standards are maintained.
- Check-in patients on the ARIA and EPIC computer systems, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
- Ensure waiting areas are kept neat and tidy, and patients are aware of their subsequent appointments.
- Communicate effectively with patients, relatives, and carers, providing non-clinical advice and information.
- Resolve queries and complaints, channeling them to the appropriate staff members when necessary.
- Develop interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, ensuring appropriate care and support for patients.
