Job Title: New Business Developer

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented New Business Developer to join our growing team at Nexter Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in expanding our network of nursery clients across Yorkshire.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to introduce Nexter Recruitment's recruitment services to nursery managers and owners.
  • Schedule sales meetings for the Director or secure new accounts directly.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within our CRM system.
  • Build relationships with potential clients through introductory emails and follow-up communications.
  • Utilize our recruitment booking system to manage appointments and placements.
Targets:
  • We are looking for minimum 40 sales calls and 1-2 qualified leads per day.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and persuasive telephone manner.
  • An understanding of the nursery and childcare sector, including EYFS staff qualification and ratio requirements.
  • Previous recruitment sales experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Experience in building relationships and exceeding targets in a B2B or similar environment.
  • Experience using a CRM system.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and relationship-focused with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written English is essential.
