About the Role

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented New Business Developer to join our team at Nexter Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in expanding our network of nursery clients across Yorkshire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with nursery managers and owners to introduce our recruitment services and highlight available nursery staff.
  • Schedule sales meetings for our Director or secure new accounts directly.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within our CRM system.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Utilize our recruitment booking system to manage appointments and placements.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and persuasive telephone manner.
  • An understanding of the nursery and childcare sector, including EYFS staff qualification and ratio requirements.
  • Previous recruitment sales experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Experience in building relationships and exceeding targets in a B2B or similar environment.
  • Experience using a CRM system.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, relationship-focused with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written English is essential.
