ResponsibilitiesThis full-time position involves:
- Monitoring the finances of various services, including savings, reserves, and contributing factors towards the Medium-Term Financial Strategy
- Translating complex financial information into simple, understandable language for senior managers and Members
- Dealing with ad hoc queries and demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to numerous requests
- Highly motivated and effective self-starter
- Strong in Excel skills, with ability to navigate accounting systems and ICT applications
- Flexible, with ability to plan and prioritise competing workload demands
- Ideally part or fully CCAB qualified, AAT qualified or qualified by experience
