Lancashire County Council is looking for an experienced and motivated Occupational Therapist to lead our Adult Services Community Occupational Therapy Team.
You will be responsible for supporting individuals to achieve their goals, including equipment and adaptations, moving and handling, and specialist seating. Additionally, you will supervise and manage junior staff members.
This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and make informed decisions. We encourage applicants who can think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
