The Role: Policy Development Specialist

Job Description:

  • Lead the full lifecycle of people policy development, from conception to implementation, engaging with stakeholders to ensure policies are clearly communicated and effective.
  • Collaborate across the People Services function to ensure seamless integration of policy initiatives.
  • Undertake comprehensive reviews and development of people policies with a focus on impactful outcomes.
  • Provide advisory support to senior leaders, identifying opportunities and challenges in policy development and implementation.
  • Use data and insights to inform and validate policy initiatives effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • CIPD qualified or working towards this certification.
  • Proven background as an HR generalist.
  • Possession of strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.

The estimated salary for this position is around £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
