Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering and implementing the new local plan, updating the City Centre Plan, and providing professional expert advice for the Council.
  • Creating and applying planning policy and best practice, and delivering successful planning outcomes.
  • Supporting our communities in developing their Neighbourhood Plans.
  • Supervising, coaching, and mentoring officers to help them develop in their roles.
