Job Summary
">We are seeking a skilled Project Manager and Coordinator to join our team at Matchtech. This role will involve managing PM&C processes for small projects or parts of larger, more complex projects. The successful candidate will have experience in project reporting, scheduling, and administration.
">About the Role
">- The individual in this position will be responsible for managing PM&C processes, including project reporting, scheduling, and administration.
- This role may involve leading a small team of professional staff, with responsibilities including managing their delivery and performance, providing appraisal and support for their development.
- The incumbent will be expected to perform advanced project reporting and scheduling.
- The successful candidate will also possess strong administration and general office skills, including proficiency in spreadsheets and Microsoft packages.

">- The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge and understanding of PM&C policies, processes, procedures, and systems.
- They should also have comprehensive knowledge and understanding of their project, as well as the business environment for their project.
