About the Role
Opex Selection is seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Engineer to join our team. As an Operational Excellence Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving process improvements and implementing lean projects across multiple sites in the North West of England.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to progress their career in Continuous Improvement, with opportunities for growth and development within the Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lean / continuous improvement practices, with experience in coaching and mentoring teams.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement lean projects across multiple sites
* Coach and mentor teams in lean practices
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, operations)
* Minimum 2 years of experience in lean / continuous improvement
* Strong background in lean / continuous improvement practices
* Excellent communication and project management skills

Salary and Benefits:
* Estimated salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
* Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, pension scheme, and generous holiday allowance
